Templeton Properties is currently seeking
1 Cleaner
to join our team for a large residential building undergoing redevelopment. This role is essential in supporting day-to-day building upkeep and ensuring smooth unit turnovers.Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, and amenity spaces Assist with cleaning and preparing vacant units for new tenants Support general building maintenance tasks as needed Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols

Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning (at least 2 years) Ability to work independently and adapt to a changing schedule Strong attention to detail and reliability Comfortable working in active construction or redevelopment environments
