Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in residential spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for our clients. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage time effectively while performing various cleaning tasks.

Duties

Perform thorough residential cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Launder linens and towels and making beds as needed. Organize and declutter spaces to enhance the overall appearance of the home. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences. Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs. Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning products and equipment.

Requirements

Proven experience in residential cleaning or a similar role is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Familiarity with various cleaning techniques and products. A willingness to learn new skills and adapt to client preferences. Must be a Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Hold a Valid Work Permit that is not expiring for at least two years. Must have a reliable Vehicle and Valid Drivers License.
