We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in residential spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for our clients. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service, excellent time management, and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

Travel to and from clients' homes or job sites across Calgary (mileage reimbursed as applicable) Clean residential and/or commercial spaces according to company standards and client preferences. Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and sanitizing surfaces. Deep clean areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, baseboards, and appliances when required. Refill cleaning supplies and ensure equipment (e.g., vacuum, mop) is properly maintained and returned after each shift. Handle cleaning products safely and follow company guidelines for chemical use. Report any damages, maintenance issues, or supply shortages promptly. Work efficiently--individually or in a team of 2-3 cleaners--to complete jobs on schedule. Maintain professionalism and respect in clients' homes and workplaces. Follow checklists and instructions for each cleaning job. Ensure quality control by double-checking work before leaving each site. Uphold company values of reliability, attention to detail, and respect for client privacy.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $21.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
