Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes. Maintain organization in all areas of the home, ensuring that items are stored appropriately and efficiently. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their specific cleaning needs. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized for efficient use during cleaning sessions. Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning products and equipment.

Skills

Proficient in English Strong cleaning skills with experience in residential cleaning preferred. Excellent time management abilities to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled hours. Exceptional organizational skills to keep homes tidy and orderly. Customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor to foster positive client relationships. Effective communication skills to understand client needs and provide feedback on services rendered. Experience in hospitality can enhance the overall service experience for clients.
