We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail. The Cleaner will play a vital role in ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for all occupants.

Responsibilities

- Perform custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for cleaning tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and report any issues promptly.
- Manage time efficiently to complete cleaning tasks within designated time frames while ensuring high-quality standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from facility users regarding cleanliness or maintenance issues.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas are cleaned thoroughly and efficiently.

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and facility users.
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
- Proficiency in time management to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with cleaning supplies, equipment, and safety protocols is advantageous.
