What the Job Looks Like

Full-time, Monday to Friday daytime hours only (end times vary due to the unpredictable nature of cleaning, and some days may run a little past 5 p.m.). Start each morning at our Echo Place Brantford location around 7:45-8:15 a.m. Travel in a company vehicle with your team (no using your own car) Clean, reset, and refresh clients' homes with precision and care End each day feeling accomplished because your work made a visible difference
This is a physically active job -- lots of movement, bending, crouching, reaching, kneeling, scrubbing, lifting lightweight items, and being on your feet for several hours at a time in a fast-paced but supportive team environment.

What We're Looking For

Reliability, punctuality, and excellent attention to detail A positive attitude and willingness to learn Comfort working in a fast-paced, physical job Openness to coaching and team communication Full availability Monday-Friday during daytime hours Ability to drive a company vehicle, including on highways Full G driver's licence with a clean driving record
Cleaning experience is an asset but not required -- we provide full, hands-on training.
