We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong time-management skills, a solid work ethic, and take pride in their work. As a House Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential spaces, ensuring each home meets our high standards of hygiene and comfort. This role requires the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, follow structured processes, and communicate effectively with clients and management.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of residential areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Follow detailed cleaning checklists and job instructions provided through our work app for each visit. Work efficiently both independently and alongside team members, depending on the job assignment. Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and preferences. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned tasks within the designated timeframe. Use company-supplied cleaning products and equipment properly and safely. Maintain awareness of cleaning supply levels and report any shortages or needs to management. Adhere to all safety protocols while using cleaning products and equipment.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods of time. Ability to lift and carry up to approximately 25-30 lbs. Ability to perform repetitive motions such as vacuuming, wiping, and mopping. Comfortable working in a physically demanding role that requires stamina and attention to detail.

Experience

Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and digital instructions. Ability to communicate effectively in English; knowledge of additional languages such as French is a plus. Experience in hospitality or customer service is an asset, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction. Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to different cleaning environments.
