We're looking for a seasoned Carpenter who understands the nuances of working in lived-in spaces, appreciates precision, and takes pride in the finishing details that turn houses into homes.

What You'll Be Doing

Execute framing, boarding, and finishing work with a high level of detail and care. Install and trim interior features such as doors, baseboards, casing, cabinetry, and stair components. Perform drywall hanging and finishing to a clean, paint-ready standard. Collaborate with Project Leads to ensure scope and details are completed to spec. Contribute to layout, prep, and sequencing on-site to keep projects on track. Tackle structural and cosmetic repairs with a problem-solving mindset. Maintain a clean, organized, and respectful work environment--especially in occupied homes.

What You Bring

4 - 5 years of hands-on carpentry experience in residential construction or renovations. Proficiency in framing, drywall, trim work, and general interior finishing. Confidence working from drawings and site measurements. Solid understanding of how to prep and execute high-end finishes. Ability to self-manage tasks, take initiative, and deliver consistent quality. Strong communication and a collaborative attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.50 - 50 per week
