Duties

Read and interpret blueprints to execute construction projects accurately. Framing of homes and decks Installation of exterior finishing (Hardie and Vinyl siding, asphalt shingles) Execute roofing tasks, including installation and repairs, while ensuring safety protocols are followed. Apply caulking techniques to seal joints and gaps effectively. Engage in heavy lifting as required for various construction tasks, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury. Use hand tools and power tools efficiently for all aspects of construction work. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.

Requirements

Proven experience in residential carpentry related fields is essential. Familiarity with construction processes including home framing, deck building and siding installation Strong maintenance person experience with the ability to perform various tasks independently or as part of a team. Knowledge of safety protocols in construction settings is critical. Ability to lift heavy materials regularly and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work performed. Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and clients alike.
