Residential Care Worker

The Trail Association for Community Living (TACL) currently has casual positions available for residential care workers in the greater Trail area.

Responsibilities

will include providing personal care, helping to support positive social interactions, implementing programs and life skills training as well as providing social, recreational and leisure activities within the community.

Current first aid/CPR-C, Proof of Educational Qualifications, minimum valid BC Class 5 driver's license

Duties:

Assisting clients with personal hygiene and getting dressed Assisting clients with housekeeping or other daily errands Providing companionship and emotional support Observing and reporting on changes in the health or status of the client Preparing food and feeding clients Administering medication Providing support with academic, social or recreational activities
