JOB DESCRIPTION

Job 1: Residential Building (Common Area Cleaner) - Weekdays

Wage: $19.00 per hour
Location: Marine Dr & Capilano Rd, North Vancouver
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm)
Hours: 7 hours per day (35 hours per week)

Job 2: Residential Building (Common Area Cleaner) - Weekends

Wage: $19.00 per hour
Location: Marine Dr & Capilano Rd, North Vancouver
Schedule: Saturday and Sunday (9am to 5pm)
Hours: 7 hours per day (14 hours per week)

Mandatory qualifications:

You own a smartphone with data You are authorized to work in Canada No subcontractors
Preferred qualifications:

2 years of janitorial cleaning experience Experience in surface disinfection Hard-working, punctual and detail-oriented

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Wipe and dust surfaces, appliances, and furniture Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors Disinfect/sanitize surfaces and high-touch areas Garbage and recycling disposal Clean windows and mirrors Cobweb removal up to 8 feet high Replenish supply of hand towels, hand soap, and other similar products
