Full-Time Cleaner - Downtown Vancouver
Permanent Position
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented
Cleaner
to join our team inDowntown Vancouver
. This is afull-time, permanent position
responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of a Strata condominium high-rise.Job Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Cleaning and sanitizing all common areas including the lobby, gym, elevators, corridors, garbage room, garage, stairwells, pool area, and washrooms Performing regular checks to ensure all areas are tidy and well-maintained Reporting any maintenance or safety issues to management Working both independently and as part of a team to meet daily cleaning standards
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7 hours per day Start time between 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM
Qualifications:
Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is a must Ability to work independently and efficiently Good communication skills and proficiency in English Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
