Job Description
Residential appraiser required for growing appraisal company located in Muskoka. Looking either for a CRA or an AIC Candidate. Am willing to co-sign/mentor an existing AIC Candidate and teach along the way. We appraise waterfront and non-waterfront residential properties throughout the district of Parry Sound and Muskoka. Approximately 1-3 appraisals a day. Looking to hire an independent contractor, not an employee. Local real estate knowledge of the area is a huge bonus. AIC Candidates must have a university degree.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough property evaluations to determine market value and assess property conditions. Collect and analyze data related to property sales, market trends, and economic factors. Utilize skills and knowledge to generate accurate appraisal reports. Prepare detailed documentation and present findings to clients and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with CUSPAP in all appraisal activities. Communicate effectively with clients during site visits.
