Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties:

Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and effectively. Maintain cleanliness in common areas, restrooms, kitchens, and other designated spaces. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, including deep cleaning tasks. Provide exceptional customer service by being courteous and respectful while on-site.

Requirements:

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Good physical stamina; ability to lift and move items as necessary during cleaning tasks. Reliable transportation to travel between job sites. Must be able to pass background checks as part of the hiring process.
