Resident Services Coordinator

Job Description

A professionally managed 126-unit, multi-residential community in Windsor is seeking a part-time highly organized and resident-focused Resident Services Coordinator to support on-site operations. This role provides essential administrative, tenant-facing, and leasing support to ensure a well-run and welcoming environment for residents.

Reporting directly to the Property Manager, the Resident Services Coordinator plays a key part in maintaining strong resident relationships, supporting building operations, and ensuring timely communication between on-site staff and management. This position is ideal for someone who excels in a service-oriented environment, enjoys variety in their day, and takes pride in maintaining a well-organized, professional residential community.

Resident Relations & Communication



Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for residents during scheduled office hours Address general inquiries, provide assistance, and maintain a positive resident experience Escalate maintenance or tenancy-related issues to the Property Manager in a timely manner Support move-in/move-out coordination, including basic unit checks, documentation, and photos

Administrative Operations



Receive, record, and organize rent cheques and resident documentation Maintain accurate and orderly tenant files, building records, and correspondence Prepare and post building notices and communications, including LTB notices Produce weekly summaries outlining on-site activity, resident updates, and operational observations

Building Operations Support



Coordinate access for contractors, vendors, and inspections as needed Communicate maintenance concerns to the Superintendent and Property Manager Assist with general on-site tasks that contribute to smooth building operations

Leasing Support



Conduct scheduled showings of available units to prospective residents Provide general information during viewings Collect completed documents and coordinate next steps with the Property Manager

Qualifications



Experience in administration, customer service, leasing, or residential operations is an asset Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Comfortable interacting with residents and conducting unit showings Proficiency with basic digital tools (email, spreadsheets, document management) Professional, dependable, and discreet in handling sensitive information Yardi knowledge is an asset, but not required

Role Details



Part-time: 3 days per week (approximately 24 hours/week) Flexible schedule depending on candidate availability Training provided for building procedures, documentation standards, and Yardi
