We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate

Resident Services Associates

to support the day-to-day needs of our residents. As a key member of our resident services team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by providing personalized support. This includes regular cleaning of common areas, resident rooms, and bathrooms, as well as ensuring hygiene and safety standards are met. Familiarity with the use of cleaning supplies and equipment, along with an understanding of infection control practices, is essential.

Safety and Compliance:

Understanding of safety protocols and regulations relevant to senior living, ensuring compliance with all health and safety standards.

Documentation:

Proficiency in maintaining accurate records of resident interactions and reporting any concerns regarding resident well-being to the management team.

Emergency Response:

Basic knowledge of emergency procedures and the ability to act swiftly and appropriately in critical situations.

Education and Training

Basic Education:

Commitment to ongoing learning and development, staying updated on best practices in senior care.

Experience

Senior Living Experience:

Previous experience in a senior living, hospitality, or customer service environment is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for those new to the field.

Housekeeping Experience:

Previous experience in housekeeping or environmental services within a residential or healthcare setting is beneficial. This includes a demonstrated ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Hospitality Service:

Experience in a customer-facing role is beneficial, demonstrating the ability to interact positively with residents and their families.

Team Environment:

Experience working as part of a team, contributing to collective goals, and supporting colleagues in a senior living or similar setting.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.60-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 24 per week
