Residence Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and responsible Resident Managers to provide a great tenant experience and maintain a desirable, clean, and safe living space.

Primary Responsibilities

Administration:

showing of units, inspection reports, tenant communication

Cleaning:

ensure common areas are respectably clean throughout the week

Maintenance:

support office and trades for repairs and maintenance requirements

Groundskeeping:

ensure walkways are clear of debris, snow, and ice for safe passage and grounds are respectably clean throughout the week

Preferred Requirements

Secondary School Diploma

MUST HAVE

3-5 years' experience as a Resident Manager preferred Must be able to complete physical activities such as cleaning, simple repairs, and seasonal landscaping and snow clearing

We pay $50.00/door/month.
