Resident Manager (Apartment Building Live-In Superintendent)

Position:

Resident Manager (Live-In)

Location:

Multiple properties across HRM and surrounding areas

Compensation:

Competitive rent discount or fully covered unit, plus additional compensation based on duties and experience

What You'll Do:

As a Resident Manager, you will live onsite and be the primary point of contact for residents and maintenance needs. Your responsibilities will include:

Daily building checks and general upkeep Coordinating and performing minor maintenance and repairs Responding promptly to tenant concerns and emergencies Overseeing cleanliness and order in common areas Managing unit turnovers and showing available units Working closely with Split Rock's property management team

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience as a Resident Manager, Live-In Superintendent, or equivalent is preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Basic handyman or maintenance knowledge Ability to handle issues professionally and efficiently A self-starter with a proactive attitude and a customer-service mindset Must be comfortable living onsite and being available for after-hours emergencies

Pay: $34,536.31-$45,000.00 per year
