Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences Toronto is currently looking for a talented and dynamic Residences Manager who shares our passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do!The Residences Manager reports directly to the Regional Director of Residences and will assist in overseeing all aspects of the East Tower Luxury Private Residences, which is located within one of the two towers at Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences Toronto. The East Tower contains private residences only, while the West Tower is a mix use of private residences and hotel. The Residences Manager is responsible for the integration of Four Seasons Hotel operations, quality standards, and services as it relates to individual owners. Furthermore, the position is responsible for promoting the healthy relationship between Four Seasons, the individual residents, the Board of Directors, and the assigned staff of Residential Services Attendants and Residential Concierges.Job RequirementsThe Residences Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing day-to-day operations of the East Tower. They will ensure all policies and procedures are developed and implemented on a timely basis, and maintain awareness of changes in rules, statutes, or regulations. The Residences Manager will oversee the preparation of Board Meeting packages and conduct meetings with the Board with the support of the Regional Director. They will prepare, update, and post all notices including status certificates as per the Condominium Act. On a monthly basis, the financial report must be reviewed in collaboration with the Finance team to ensure budget accuracy. This role will also oversee inspections of the common areas and building maintenance, with action taken to remedy any deficiencies that are identified.The Residence Manager will facilitate hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and development of staff and will also coordinate scheduling, payroll, and performance reviews. They will be responsible for responding to all resident complaints in accordance with the Condominium Act, Building Policy, and Four Seasons standards. They will also develop and maintain a positive community for all residents and arrange for special events throughout the year.A valid limited license under CMRAO is required. Must have flexibility of schedule throughout the week and weekends, as coverage of operations is coordinated with other Residences Managers.Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
