Key Duties and Responsibilities: Participates in the assessment, goal setting and program planning for individuals living in a residence. Provides life skills training such as meal preparation, housekeeping, personal care skills and personal finance and
implements personal service plans. Participates in various client-focused activities in accordance with care plans. Recognizes, analyzes and deals with potential emergency situations such as clients\xe2\x80\x99 aggressive behaviour to
ensure no harm comes to the client and/or the public. Reports problems to the supervisor. Administers medication to clients in accordance with established policy. Assists with case management by identifying potential problems and reporting any difficulties. Provides input to professionals when required, with regard to the development of appropriate program plans to
achieve residents\xe2\x80\x99 objectives. Provides emotional support and feedback to residents and their families. Performs other related duties as required.
Qualifications: Diploma/Education in the Human Services field and/or two years recent related experience Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain Food Safe is an asset or willingness to obtain Successful completion of Agency Screening Process including a criminal record check

Hours: 16 hours a week; Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 8:00pm-12:00am
Rate of Pay: $21.63 per hour
