Establish work schedules and procedures Perform same duties as workers supervised Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality Assist clients/guests with special needs Co-ordinate, assign and review work Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery Receive and record bookings for package tours Maintain internal record-keeping system Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas Answer inquiries from clients and other company personnel
