seeking a

Reservations & Data Entry Associate

to support our growing team.

You'll handle client communications (calls & emails), manage bookings, and ensure our fleet is in the right place at the right time. Industry experience is a bonus as the ability to own errors and learn from them.

What You'll Do:

Answer phone calls & respond to reservation emails with detailed Accurately enter booking and client data Monitor fleet via our dispatch program and ensure chauffeurs are in place at the right time Provide basic information on services and fleet statistics Provide quotes to clients and affiliates Take charge of the work day. We are looking for people that have a proactive approach to managing operations

What We're Looking For:

Strong attention to detail -- accuracy is a must Professional communication skills (written & verbal) - you will be dealing with high-end clients Good knowledge of the Greater Vancouver area Basic computer & data entry skills Reliable, organized, and self-motivated Weekend availability/ flexible schedule.
