, in the Whistler area. We are seeking a proactive and organized
Marketing, Social Media & Reservations Agent
to join our team for the upcoming winter season -- and potentially beyond.
This unique hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys digital marketing, and is also comfortable assisting with guest reservations and office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Social Media
Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
Plan and execute digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
Monitor performance and generate reports using
Google Analytics and SEO tools
Coordinate seasonal promotions, giveaways, and partnerships
Maintain brand voice and ensure consistency across platforms
Work closely with management to implement and adjust marketing strategies
Basic content creation (photo/video editing, captions, etc.)
Reservations & Guest Services
Assist with customer bookings via phone, email, and online
Use
Bookeo
as the primary booking system; experience preferred
Coordinate guest information between the reservations and operations teams
Answer guest inquiries and provide accurate information on tours and experiences
Ensure a high level of customer service at all times
Ideal Candidate Has:
Proven experience in
social media management
and
digital marketing
Strong knowledge of:
Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO best practices
Facebook Business Suite / Meta Ads
Comfortable with customer-facing communication and multitasking
Experience using
Bookeo
or similar booking platforms (Inntopia, Viator, etc.)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under pressure
Background or education in
Marketing, Business, Tourism
, or similar fields is an asset
Basic website or design experience (e.g., WordPress, Adobe Suite) is a plus, but
not required
