We are currently seeking a fixed-term

Reservations Agent

to join our team in

Moncton, NB or St. John's, NL!

Job Duties:

Quote fares and book flights for customers Provide customers with necessary information connected with flights Communicate with customers to determine individual needs Address Customer Service issues with empathy and understanding Must be able to multi-task Provide general information on PAL Airlines policies and procedures Must make use of excellent communication and sales skills When necessary, identify and implement solutions to meet evolving industry and customer needs

Qualifications:

Completion of secondary schooling in a related field is required 1+ years of customer service experience is required 1+ years of technical support experience is preferred Experience in Travel and Tourism is preferred
