Reservation Agent - Dogvana

Overview

Dogvana is looking for a friendly, caring, and detail-oriented Reservation Agent to join our pack! In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for pet parents, helping them book daycare, lodging, spa services for their pups and puppy preschool. Your warm communication style and love for dogs will help create an inviting and stress-free experience for both dogs and their humans. What You'll Do

Handle incoming reservations by phone, email, and online systems. Help pet parents find the best care package for their dogs (and sometimes cats too!). Support families with booking changes, cancellations, or special requests. Keep accurate records of bookings, client notes, and pet details. Communicate with our front-of-house and pet-care teams to make sure every pup's stay is smooth and happy. Provide excellent customer service with warmth, patience, and professionalism. Be a trusted voice for Dogvana--our goal is to make every interaction feel personal and caring. Posting on social media and possibly updating the website. Follow up on daily leads.

What We're Looking For

Experience in customer service or hospitality (pet industry experience is a big plus!). Strong communication skills--friendly, clear, and confident. Comfort managing multiple calls, emails, and tasks at once. Organized and detail-oriented, especially with pet records. Flexible availability, including some weekends and holidays. A positive, team-focused attitude with a love for animals. Sales experiences.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 25 per week
