Responsibility Respond to customer inquiries to achieve sales targets while providing superior customer service. Qualifications scolaires et exp\xc3\xa9rience \xc2\xb7 Dipl\xc3\xb4me obtenu d\xe2\x80\x99une \xc3\xa9cole de tourisme ou exp\xc3\xa9rience \xc3\xa9quivalente au niveau de l\xe2\x80\x99industrie du voyage \xc2\xb7 Certification de l\xe2\x80\x99OPC \xc2\xb7 1 \xc3\xa0 3 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience en milieu de travail et/ou dans l\'exercice de fonctions similaires requis Conditions de travail \xc2\xb7 Environnement de centre d\'appels - \xc3\xa0 domicile \xc2\xb7 Travail par rotations (la rotation des quarts de travail comprend les jours, les soirs et les fins de semaine).
