We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-focused Reservation & Check-In Staff member to be the first point of contact for our guests.
Position Overview:
As a Reservation & Check-In Staff member, you'll play a key role in managing daily operations, welcoming guests, confirming bookings, and ensuring a smooth check-in experience. This position is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and a passion for tourism and aviation.
Responsibilities
Manage reservations, walk-ins, and last-minute changes using our booking system
Manage check-in processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information.
Respond to phone and email inquiries promptly and professionally
Assist with administrative duties and daily operational tasks
Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of payments.
Provide information about helicopter tours, including safety protocols and tour details.
Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations during busy periods.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or tourism preferred
Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage and inform diverse audiences.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency with computers and booking systems (training provided)
Cash handling experience is essential for managing transactions accurately.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are crucial for this role.
