University Health Network (UHN) is a research hospital affiliated with the University of Toronto and a member of the Toronto Academic Health Science Network. Research across UHN\'s five research institutes spans the full spectrum of diseases and disciplines, including cancer, cardiovascular sciences, transplantation, neural and sensory sciences, musculoskeletal health, rehabilitation sciences, and community and population health. .
The Nguyen lab at Princess Margaret Cancer Centre at University Health Network is excited to recruit a new addition to the team who is passionate about scientific research, and motivated to make an impact in the field. Our lab combines experimental work with cell lines and patient-derived tumour xenograft models with advanced computational analysis approaches to understand clonal heterogeneity in human breast cancer as it pertains to disease progression and drug resistance. Our lab collaborates with other research labs across Canada, and Europe, and we are looking for someone who will integrate well into this team. Interest in our area of research is important, but direct experience in this field is not necessary.
We are seeking a Research Technician who is passionate about cancer research to participate in cutting-edge research aimed at identifying novel immunotherapies to treat cancers.
