Job Description

Salary: $45,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:



Collaborate closely with the Director of Research and fellow scientists across production and research teams to advance project goals.

Execute and design experiments with precision, ensuring the collection, organization, and analysis of data to support product quality.

Manage inventory and laboratory resources efficiently to ensure seamless research operations.

Maintain meticulous laboratory notebooks and documentation, ensuring all data and processes are accurately recorded and up-to-date.

Uphold a clean and organized work environment, adhering strictly to health and safety protocols to ensure a safe and productive laboratory space.

Qualifications



A Master's degree or higher in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Bioanalytical Chemistry, or a related field.

Proficient in the use of laboratory equipment including pipettes, glassware, balances, pH meters, centrifuges, and other general laboratory apparatus.

Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.

Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Superior verbal and written communication skills, complemented by the ability to effectively present data and findings. This includes being a great communicator who can engage with diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and impactful information exchange. Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.

Physical capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.

Independent and proactive, capable of executing tasks with minimal supervision.

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with an emphasis on effective communication and data explanation.

Resilient and adaptable, able to thrive under pressure in fast-paced environments.

Superior time management abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks efficiently.
