The Research Officer will support the DRAO to oversee and monitor research development (excluding interventional clinical trials) to facilitate research and collaborations across the research enterprise.The officer will be resourceful and independent, and work within the framework of an integrated research program and team-oriented environment. Ability to adjust to changing priorities and meet deadlines will be necessary.The Research Officer is an integral member of the Research Support Office, working closely with the research management team to ensure all research projects are aligned with CCMB cancer and blood disorders research priorities. Once a research project is approved and funded, the Research Officer will ensure these projects are well positioned to be successfully initiated, and assist with monitoring project progression where needed, to ensure projects are completed to specification, and closed in a timely manner.Qualifications:Education
