As a Research Assistant, you will work with the Corporate Research Team to provide research services and expertise to internal clients across The City. Primary duties include:
Provide project support, including performing research project intake, supporting the vendor procurement process and monitoring and reporting project status.
Maintain the research library by searching for, and uploading, research and engagement documents and preparing summaries.
Support the Corporate Research Team in programming small-scale surveys that also require analyzing and reporting findings.
Support the development and maintenance of the Research Panel, made up of members of the public, who participate in research activities, attend events, etc., including developing processes.
Assist with recruitment of respondents and participants for the Corporate Research Team and the Web Team projects.
