Research Assistant:
Facilitating Multi-Sectoral Exchange towards Urgent Policy Advocacy: Access to Health and Social Services for Uninsured Migrants
(SSHRC Connections Grant)Participate in Montreal and pan-Canadian research team meetings to coordinate efforts, receive guidance, training and feedback Contribute to the logistical coordination of the project: meetings, travel, scheduling Participate in literature reviews related to access to health and social services, as well as effective strategies for policy advocacy Participate in the preparation of the research tools essential to this project: provincial "report cards" on access to health; policy brief templates; key fact sheets Contribute to writing of articles and preparing presentations for academic conferences Plan for reporting back to different stakeholder groups Other research activities related to this project as they arise
