Research Assistants are normally students, in a University of Winnipeg undergraduate program, employed to assist with tasks related to research. Work is performed within defined guidelines and under supervision of a more senior researcher or faculty member.
Position Overview:
The RA in Workplace Bullying and Incivility will be a mentored junior member of the research team. Responsibilities include providing general assistance (i.e., emails, sharing documents, notetaking, scheduling meetings) to an established research team; participating in thematic analysis of collected data; updating the literature; and disseminating the results through conference presentations, manuscripts, and social media.
