HOW YOU CONTRIBUTE TO OUR WORLD


Reporting to the Superintendent - Human Capital, you will hold a generalist position in human resources/industrial relations. Your main tasks will be:
Enforce and ensure compliance with the two collective agreements in effect and participate in grievance investigations and other matters.
Ensure compliance with existing policies and agreements.
Provide support for administrative file management, staff hiring, and employee benefits.
Advise managers at various levels on human resources and labor relations issues.
Provide managers and employees with training sessions on labor relations, as needed.

PROFILE REQUIRED


Bachelor's degree in human resources or industrial relations.
Five (5) years of relevant experience in a unionized environment, including three (3) years in labor relations.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent interpersonal skills, good judgment, and attention to detail.
Working knowledge of English is required.
