Poste : 4 postes permanents - Temps partiel
Lieu : poste base au 1717 rue Du Havre, Montreal avec une grande flexibilite de teletravail
Horaire : 20 heures par semaine, reparties sur 4 jours, aucun soir ni de fin de semaine, quart de travail de 5 heures pour un rythme de travail ideal qui favorise la conciliation vie professionnelle et personnelle
Formation : 6 semaines de formation a temps partiel, 5 jours par semaine de 10h a 15h15. La formation debute le 19 janvier 2026

Decouvrir le role
La personne titulaire du poste aura a prendre en charge l'ensemble des demandes de la clientele, qu'elles soient recues par telephone, par ecrit ou par l'intermediaire d'une tierce partie. Cela inclut le traitement des plaintes, des appels de service, des demandes d'informations techniques, ainsi que toute autre requete generale liee aux activites de l'entreprise.
Ce que l'on recherche
Detenir un diplome d'etudes secondaires (D.E.S.) (OBLIGATOIRE);
Minimum d'une annee d'experience en service a la clientele dans un centre d'appels (OBLIGATOIRE);
Maitrise de l'anglais (niveau avance) et du francais, tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit*.
*Cette exigence est requise puisque dans le cadre de cette fonction, vous aurez a intervenir aupres d'une clientele anglophone sur une base recurrente tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit.
Note : Les candidates et candidats devront reussir un examen qui va mettre a l'epreuve leurs connaissances de l'anglais et du francais.

Position: Permanent - Part-time
Location: Based at 1717 Du Havre Street, Montreal, with great flexibility for remote work
Schedule: 20 hours per week, spread over 4 days. No evenings or weekends. Each shift is 5 hours long, offering an ideal work rhythm that promotes work-life balance.
Training: 6 weeks of part-time training, five days a week from 10h to 15h15. The training begings on January 19, 2026.

The person in this position will be responsible for handling all customer requests, whether received by phone, in writing, or through a third party. This includes processing complaints, service calls, technical information requests, and any other general inquiries related to the company's activities.
What we're looking for
A high school diploma (D.E.S.) (REQUIRED);
A minimum of one year of customer service experience in a call center (REQUIRED);
Advanced proficiency in both English and French, spoken and written*.
*This requirement is necessary because, in this role, you will be interacting with an English-speaking clientele on a regular basis, both orally and in writing
*Note: Candidates will be required to pass a language assessment to evaluate their proficiency in English and French.
