First 8 weeks - comprehensive
in classroom at our Laval location as well as on the field paid training (1000$ per week) starting on the 15th of September 2025

THEREAFTER:
NO base salary, purely commission-based job with allowance and very generous commission. Uncapped earning potential.

between $75K- 130K annually

The responsibility of an Outside Sales Representative:
Visit customers' homes at pre-schedule appointments done by our appointment center and present the right solution that suits the customers' needs
Do necessary admin & paperwork
Use advanced and user-friendly sales software making the sales visit pleasant and compelling
Conditions of application for Outside Sales Representative:
5 years proven B2C outside Sales experience - good track record!
Experience in renovation/home improvement is an asset
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fully bilingual
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Disciplined and motivated
Good listening skills
Ability to actively follow up
Likes to consult and help people
Great interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of computer programs
