Roofmart est un grand distributeur canadien de produits de couverture et de revetement pour batiments residentiels et commerciaux qui compte plus de 50 etablissements au pays.


Le role du titulaire consistera a agir comme premier point de contact pour les clients qui se trouvent a l'interieur du magasin et par telephone pour les transactions de vente.

EN VOUS JOIGNANT A NOUS, VOUS :


Servirez de premier point de contact pour les clients qui se trouvent a l'interieur du magasin ou qui appellent a la succursale
Effectuerez les transactions de vente, les rapports de rapprochement bancaire quotidiens et les achats
Assurerez un soutien de classe mondiale, etablirez de solides relations a long terme avec les clients actuels, et contribuerez a l'acquisition de nouveaux clients
Respecterez la totalite des regles, des lois et des reglements concernant la sante et a la securite
Executerez d'autres taches au besoin


LE CANDIDAT IDEAL POSSEDE :


1 annee ou plus d'experience probante en commerce de detail, affaires, comptabilite ou vente
Le souci du detail et de solides competences pour l'organisation
De solides aptitudes au service a la clientele
La volonte de reussir au sein d'une entreprise stable et en croissance

Serving as the first point of contact for customers in-store and over the phone for sales transactions.

WHEN YOU JOIN US YOU WILL BE;


Serving as the customer's first point of contact when shopping in-store or calling the branch
Completing sales transactions, daily banking reconciliation reports, and purchasing
Providing world class support and build strong, long term relationships with existing customers as well as assist in the development of new customers
Complying with all health and safety rules, regulations, and legislation
Other duties as required


OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE;


1 or more years of successful retail, business, accounting, or sales experience
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Strong customer service skills
A desire to succeed in a stable and growing company
