Le specialiste de l'assistance a la clientele joue un role essentiel dans notre Compagnie. Les membres de cette equipe s'efforcent de satisfaire et de depasser les attentes en appuyant nos clients pour les aider a faire profiter leur entreprise. Cela exige une interaction et une collaboration avec nos clients au telephone et avec des outils numeriques. Donner une reponse rapide, resoudre les problemes, placer des commandes et offrir des substitutions de produits pour faire des ventes incitatives et croisees afin d'aider nos clients a obtenir un avantage. Ce role est un lien direct vers la creation d'une experience exceptionnelle pour les inciter a revenir!


Responsabilites :



Une reponse rapide est un engagement aupres de nos clients par courriel, telephone et outils numeriques Traitement des commandes avec exactitude, resolution des commandes, ventes croisees et offres de substitutions Donner des prix aux clients Appeler nos clients proactivement pour leur offrir des promotions Appuyer et former nos clients sur notre outil de commande en ligne de commerce electronique Facturation, classement, credits, soutien des ventes Apprendre les produits et les promotions Doit etre en mesure de travailler avec un minimum de supervision, tout en etant efficace et en travaillant dans un environnement d'equipe..

Exigences :



Efficace pour traiter les situations referees de service Excellentes aptitudes de communication verbale et ecrite en anglais. Capable de travailler dans un environnement a haute energie avec des delais serres Solides aptitudes pour la resolution de problemes, l'administration et l'organisation exigees Rapide a apprendre, avec une excellente attitude au travail Capacite de traiter un haut volume d'appels Solides aptitudes pour l'informatique, y compris les produits Windows et les outils numeriques Solides aptitudes pour la saisie de donnees

As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers by educating them on our products and services, answering questions, taking and entering orders, utilizing & maintaining multiple software applications including online order guides and basic troubleshooting, interacting and working with Bunzl's internal team including sales, service, procurement, warehouse & shipping, and management etc. as required to ensure our customers' needs are met.


Responsibilities:






Provide our clients with high level customer service meeting/exceeding their needs. Enter orders accurately into the system, checking for item accuracy and pricing, which can deviate by client. Support customers on our online ordering eComm system. Full cycle sales order processing: sales order, credit approval, invoicing and filing. Complete administrative work, following up with purchasing or getting back to customers, with back orders or special orders. Respond in an efficient and timely manner to inquiries and requests relating to our various products. Provide customers with simple quotes. Maintain current knowledge of all promotions. Related duties involving customer service contact, via telephone, email, fax or regular mail. Must be able to work with minimal supervision, while being proficient and working in a team environment.

Requirements:






Minimum 1-2 years previous customer service experience. Proficient in dealing with escalated customer service situations. Ability to work under pressure, multitask with meticulous follow up and tight deadlines. Solid crisis management, problem solving, administrative and organizational skills required. Consultative selling skills. Fast learner with initiative and a great work attitude. Ability to handle high volume calls, and a fast-paced environment. Strong Computer Skills, including Microsoft Office and Windows based software.
