:En tant que reprxc3xa9sentant des ventes externes, vous serez chargxc3xa9 de dxc3xa9velopper de nouveaux prospects et d'interagir avec les clients assignxc3xa9s afin d'augmenter les ventes et la marge des produits et/ou services de l'entreprise. Vous vous concentrerez principalement sur les activitxc3xa9s de vente en face-xc3xa0-face et de gestion des comptes afin d'atteindre les objectifs de revenus des ventes en xc3xa9valuant les besoins des clients et en suggxc3xa9rant les produits, services et/ou solutions approprixc3xa9s et en assurant un processus de vente fluide. Un certain degrxc3xa9 de crxc3xa9ativitxc3xa9 et de latitude est requis.   • Exxc3xa9cuter et dxc3xa9velopper le(s) plan(s) de compte client assignxc3xa9(s), dxc3xa9veloppxc3xa9(s) en collaboration avec la direction.
  • Exxc3xa9cuter les initiatives de marge de facturation par le biais de services xc3xa0 valeur ajoutxc3xa9e, de programmes de marketing et de l'engagement des fournisseurs.
  • Prospecter des clients potentiels, notamment par des appels xc3xa0 froid et en dxc3xa9veloppant des pistes par le biais de canaux de rxc3xa9fxc3xa9rence.
  • Communiquer avec les clients et les prospects afin d'identifier et de comprendre leurs besoins en matixc3xa8re de produits ou de services ; identifier et suggxc3xa9rer des produits et des services pour rxc3xa9pondre xc3xa0 ces besoins.
  • Dxc3xa9montrer aux clients les fonctions et l'utilitxc3xa9 des produits ou services en fonction de leurs besoins.
  • Assurer la satisfaction des clients par une communication et une gestion des relations permanentes ; rxc3xa9soudre les problxc3xa8mes qui peuvent survenir aprxc3xa8s la vente.
  • Maintenir la communication avec les clients existants et anciens, en les informant des nouveaux produits, services et amxc3xa9liorations susceptibles de les intxc3xa9resser.
  • Utiliser les outils de gestion des ventes pour la planification des ventes, la planification des fournisseurs et la documentation des opportunitxc3xa9s.
  • Dxc3xa9velopper et approfondir la connaissance des produits par le biais de la formation WESCO et des fournisseurs.
  • Dxc3xa9velopper de solides relations avec les fournisseurs, notamment en effectuant rxc3xa9gulixc3xa8rement des appels de vente conjoints.

Qualifications:

Your primary focus will be face-to-face selling and account management activities to meet sales revenue. You will be expected to engage with all levels of the customers' organizations including technical, operations, supply chain and executive management. You may be required to develop and deliver sales bids, presentations, proposals and/or product demonstrations.Responsibilities:
  • Assess customer needs and suggest products, services and/or solutions and ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Executes and expands assigned customer account plan(s) which is developed in conjunction with management.
  • Executes on billing margin initiatives through value added services, marketing programs, and supplier engagement.
  • Prospects potential customers, including cold calling and developing leads through referral channels.
  • Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.
  • Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
  • Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
  • Utilizes sales management tools for sales planning, supplier planning and documenting opportunities.
  • Develops and grows product knowledge through WESCO and supplier training.
  • Develops strong relationships with suppliers, including performing regular joint sales calls.
  • Provides quotations directly or in conjunction with sales support team.
Qualifications:
  • High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree is preferred
  • Prior sales experience required, outside sales preferred
  • Two years of industry experience preferred
  • Ability to travel to current and potential clients and suppliers
  • Ability to work flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop and deliver presentations
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Effective communicator both written and verbally
  • Ability to work in team environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques (Preferred)
  • Ability to travel 50-75% of the time
Working Environment: Outside Sales - Work is generally performed in an office environment, but employee may need to travel to customer sites or warehouse facilities. Driving may be required for an extended period of time with frequent stops and starts.
