Experience en vente dans un mode B2B . Personne avenante, placant la satisfaction client au coeur de ses decisions. Personne fiable, debrouillarde et devouee. Capacite de rebondir facilement et de trouver des solutions.

Voici une journee type :



Gerer et prioriser les demandes des clients provenant de diverses sources (courriel, telephone et ventes Web). Repondre aux besoins des clients et trouver des solutions adequates, selon le cas. Effectuer les suivis necessaires et informer rapidement les personnes cles des commentaires des clients (prix, produits, service, etc.). Maximiser les ventes aupres des clients; proposer des produits alternatifs et complementaires. Travailler en etroite collaboration avec le personnel des ventes externes. Maintenir ses connaissances et ses competences a jour sur les produits offerts et les systemes utilises. Peut etre appele a negocier des prix et des conditions speciales avec les clients selon les criteres etablis.

Here's a typical day:



Manage and prioritize customer requests coming through various channels (email, phone and online sales). Respond to customer needs and find appropriate solutions, based on the circumstances. Follow up as necessary and promptly inform key personnel of customer feedback (prices, products, service, etc.). Maximize sales to customers; suggest alternative and complementary products. Work closely with outside sales staff. Maintain skills and knowledge of product lines and systems used. May be required to negotiate special prices and terms with customers
