  • D\xc3\xa9terminer le potentiel du march\xc3\xa9 et fournit des pr\xc3\xa9visions de ventes p\xc3\xa9riodiques sur le territoire
  • Ex\xc3\xa9cuter et d\xc3\xa9velopper le(s) plan(s) de compte client attribu\xc3\xa9(s) qui est(sont) d\xc3\xa9velopp\xc3\xa9(s) en collaboration avec la direction
  • Ex\xc3\xa9cuter les initiatives de marge de facturation par le biais de services \xc3\xa0 valeur ajout\xc3\xa9e, de programmes de marketing et de l\xe2\x80\x99engagement des fournisseurs
  • Prospecter des clients potentiels, y compris en faisant des appels \xc3\xa0 froid et en d\xc3\xa9veloppant des pistes par le biais de canaux de r\xc3\xa9f\xc3\xa9rence
  • Communiquer avec les clients et les prospects afin d\xe2\x80\x99identifier et de comprendre leurs besoins en mati\xc3\xa8re de produits ou de services
  • Identifier et sugg\xc3\xa9rer des produits et des services pour r\xc3\xa9pondre \xc3\xa0 ces besoins
  • D\xc3\xa9montrer aux clients les fonctions et l\xe2\x80\x99utilit\xc3\xa9 des produits ou services en fonction de leurs besoins
  • Assurer la satisfaction des clients par une communication et une gestion des relations permanentes

  • D\xc3\xa9velopper et accro\xc3\xaetre la connaissance des produits par le biais de la formation et des fournisseurs
  • D\xc3\xa9veloppe de solides relations avec les fournisseurs, notamment en effectuant r\xc3\xa9guli\xc3\xa8rement des appels de vente conjoints
  • Fournir des devis directement ou en collaboration avec l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe de soutien aux ventes
  • Encadrer l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe de vente et communique les informations pertinentes et les attentes pour un service client optimal

  • Dipl\xc3\xb4me d\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9tudes secondaires ou \xc3\xa9quivalent requis
  • Baccalaur\xc3\xa9at \xe2\x80\x93 marketing, ventes, commerce, ing\xc3\xa9nierie ou domaine connexe pr\xc3\xa9f\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xa9
  • 2 \xe2\x80\x93 4 ans d\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience en vente externe
  • Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 voyager chez des clients et fournisseurs actuels et potentiels
  • Connaissance des techniques de publicit\xc3\xa9 et de promotion des ventes, de pr\xc3\xa9f\xc3\xa9rence
  • Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 travailler selon un horaire flexible et \xc3\xa0 voyager de nuit \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99occasion

  • Determine market potential and provide periodic sales forecasts for the territory.
  • Execute and develop assigned customer account plan(s) which are developed in collaboration with management.
  • Execute billing margin initiatives through value-added services, marketing programs and supplier engagement
  • Prospect potential customers, including cold calling and lead development through referral channels
  • Communicate with customers and prospects to identify and understand their product or service needs
  • Identify and suggest products and services to meet these needs
  • Demonstrate to customers the functions and usefulness of products or services in relation to their needs
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management
  • Resolve problems that may arise after the sale
  • Maintain communication with existing and former customers, informing them of new products, services and enhancements that may be of interest to them
  • Develop sales/supplier plans to drive account growth and retention, while using sales management tools to track and measure progress
  • Develop and increase product knowledge through training and suppliers
  • Develops strong relationships with suppliers
  • Provide quotations directly or in collaboration with the sales support team
  • Coach the sales team and communicate relevant information and expectations for optimal customer service
Qualifications you should have as an Outside Sales Representative:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree \xe2\x80\x93 marketing, sales, business, engineering or related field preferred
  • 2 \xe2\x80\x93 4 years outside sales experience
  • Ability to travel to current and potential customers and suppliers
  • Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours and occasional overnight travel
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop and deliver presentations
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
