Vos responsabilit\xc3\xa9s principales :


  • G\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9ration de leads : Rechercher, identifier et attirer des clients potentiels dont le profil correspond au march\xc3\xa9 cible et \xc3\xa0 l\'offre de services de Landmark. Utiliser diverses techniques de g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9ration de leads pour construire un solide portefeuille de clients potentiels.


  • R\xc3\xa9seautage et engagement dans l\'industrie : \xc3\x8atre l\'ambassadeur attitr\xc3\xa9 et repr\xc3\xa9senter l\'entreprise lors d\'\xc3\xa9v\xc3\xa9nements, de conf\xc3\xa9rences et d\'occasions de r\xc3\xa9seautage dans le milieu industriel.


  • Collaboration avec le marketing : Travailler en \xc3\xa9troite collaboration avec l\'\xc3\xa9quipe marketing afin de d\xc3\xa9velopper des campagnes et des outils collat\xc3\xa9raux qui soutiennent les efforts de d\xc3\xa9veloppement de l\'entreprise et de promouvoir l\'expertise et les capacit\xc3\xa9s de service de Landmark.


  • \xc3\x89tudes et analyses de march\xc3\xa9 : Se tenir inform\xc3\xa9 des tendances du march\xc3\xa9, des activit\xc3\xa9s concurrentielles et des d\xc3\xa9veloppements de l\'industrie afin d\'identifier les opportunit\xc3\xa9s et les d\xc3\xa9fis potentiels sur le march\xc3\xa9.


  • Rapports et analyses : Fournir des mises \xc3\xa0 jour r\xc3\xa9guli\xc3\xa8res des activit\xc3\xa9s de d\xc3\xa9veloppement des affaires, de la progression du pipeline de ventes ainsi que des indicateurs cl\xc3\xa9s de performance.


  • Contribuer \xc3\xa0 l\'\xc3\xa9laboration de la strat\xc3\xa9gie : participer \xc3\xa0 l\'\xc3\xa9laboration et \xc3\xa0 l\'ex\xc3\xa9cution d\'une strat\xc3\xa9gie globale de d\xc3\xa9veloppement commercial align\xc3\xa9e avec les objectifs de croissance et les march\xc3\xa9s cibles de l\'entreprise.

Vos comp\xc3\xa9tences et habilet\xc3\xa9s recherch\xc3\xa9es :
  • Parfaite maitrise du fran\xc3\xa7ais et de l\xe2\x80\x99anglais.
  • Avoir fait ses preuves dans le domaine du d\xc3\xa9veloppement commercial ou de la vente, et disposer d\'un solide r\xc3\xa9seau de contacts.
  • Excellentes comp\xc3\xa9tences en mati\xc3\xa8re de communication, pr\xc3\xa9sentation et n\xc3\xa9gociation.

As Sales Development Representative you will play a crucial role in driving company growth by identifying and developing strategic business opportunities. The primary focus of this role is generating qualified leads through both inbound and outbound sales efforts. The ideal candidate is someone who takes action, has interest in commercial real estate, possesses exceptional communication skills, demonstrates high emotional intelligence, and is able to develop relationships quickly.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Research, identify and pursue potential clients that align with Landmark\xe2\x80\x99s target market and service offerings. Utilize various lead generation techniques to build a strong pipeline of prospective clients.


  • Networking and Industry Engagement: Act as a brand-ambassador representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.


  • Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team in developing campaigns and collateral that support business development efforts and promote Landmark\xe2\x80\x99s expertise and service capabilities.


  • Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential opportunities and challenges in the marketplace.


  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular updates on business development activities, pipeline progress, and key performance indicators.


  • Assist with Strategy Development: participate in the development and execution of a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the firm\'s growth objectives and target markets.
