Ce role est un poste permanent de representant pour le territoire de Montreal, la rive sud ainsi qu'une partie de l'Estrie et de la Monteregie. Le representant devra supporter les magasins et Royal Canin a atteindre ses objectifs de volume dans le domaine des animaux de compagnie. De plus, des objectifs de vente specifiques au compte seront etablis. Les responsabilites comprennent l'elaboration de plans d'affaires et l'entretien de relations avec les clients qui se traduisent par la satisfaction des clients et la possibilite pour nos produits de devenir la reference en matiere d'alimentation saine pour animaux de compagnie. Cet associe est responsable de s'acquitter des principales responsabilites suivantes dans toutes les unites de vente au detail de son territoire, y compris Mondou, Chico et autres chaines et/ou magasins independants specialises dans les animaux de compagnie.

Que cherchons-nous?



Un diplome d'etudes collegiales en affaires, en nutrition ou en sciences animales. Experience dans un role de representant et/ou de vente au detail. Facilite a batir des relations long terme et a gerer des problemes complexes. Maitrise non seulement de la communication ecrite et verbale, mais aussi des technologies telles que MS Office etc. Posseder et maintenir un permis de conduire valide. Capacite a soulever physiquement de grandes quantites de produit. Bilingue en francais et en anglais.

Quelles seront vos principales responsabilites ?



Suivre un processus complet de vente aux magasins de detail specialises pour animaux de compagnie dans un territoire donne. Mettre en oeuvre les standards de qualite et d'execution. Travailler en etroite collaboration avec les responsables des grands comptes et du marketing pour assurer une execution efficace des priorites. Monter et gerer les ententes commerciales et les plans promotionnels clients. Gerer les types de definition de compte, la segmentation et la classification via les outils de vente. Gerer un budget de depenses et suivre le processus de soumission en temps opportun. Soumettre des credits de magasin sur une base hebdomadaire/mensuelle selon les exigences de la region.

This role is a permanent position as a Territory Sales Representative for the territory of Montreal, the South Shore, as well as part of the Estrie and Monteregie regions. The Territory Sales Representative will support the stores and Royal Canin in achieving volume objectives in the Pet Category. Additionally, specific sales targets for the account will be established. Responsibilities include developing business plans and maintaining client relationships that lead to customer satisfaction and allow our products to become the reference in healthy pet nutrition.

This associate is responsible for carrying out the main responsibilities across all retail units in their territory, including Mondou, Chico, and other pet specialty chains and/or independent stores.

What are we looking for?

A college diploma in business, nutrition, or animal sciences. Experience in a representative and/or retail sales role. Strong ability to build long-term relationships and manage complex issues. Proficiency not only in written and verbal communication, but also in technologies such as MS Office, etc. Possession and maintenance of a valid driver's license. Ability to physically lift large quantities of product. Bilingual in French/English.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Follow a full sales process with pet specialty retail stores within a given territory. Implement quality and execution standards. Work closely with key account and marketing managers to ensure effective execution of priorities. Set up and manage commercial agreements and customer promotional plans. Manage account definitions, segmentation, and classification using sales tools. Manage an expense budget and follow the submission process in a timely manner; submit store credits weekly/monthly according to regional requirements.
