DESCRIPTION DU POST :



Developper le marche en mettant l'accent sur le secteur residentiel. Etablir et cultiver des partenariats avec les acteurs B2B, notamment les architectes, les designers et les entrepreneurs. Presenter et vendre les produits Alumalco aux partenaires B2B et aux clients finaux B2C. Conseiller les clients et offrir un service hors-pair. Generer des devis de projet a l'aide des outils fournis ou en collaboration avec nos estimateurs. Coordonner efficacement avec les equipes internes de Alumalco. Superviser les projets, demontrant une expertise dans l'environnement de construction, y compris l'analyse preproduction et les ouvertures brutes. Assurer un suivi complet et un controle des projets signes. Participer a des foires commerciales. Fournir regulierement des rapports a la direction des ventes.

EXIGENCES ET QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES :



Formation dans le domaine de la vente, de l'administration ou du service a la clientele?; Annees d'experience reliees a l'emploi : 2 a 5 annees d'experience dans la vente ou toute combinaison de scolarite et d'experience pertinente. Notion de construction (atout) Maitrise du francais et de l'anglais. Faire preuve d'initiative et de minutie. Maitrise informatique, CRM, outils d'estimation, Excel, et autres Capacite de travailler sous pression. Excellente capacite d'apprentissage. Excellent sens de la rigueur et de professionnalisme. Doit avoir un vehicule pour deplacement.
Salaire de base plus commission

DESCRIPTION :



Develop the market with emphasis on the residential sector. Establish and cultivate partnerships with B2B players, including architects, designers and contractors. Present and sell Alumalco products to B2B partners and B2C end customers. Advise customers and offer unparalleled service. Generate project quotes using the tools provided or in collaboration with our estimators. Coordinate effectively with Alumalco internal teams. Oversee projects, demonstrating expertise in the construction environment, including pre-production analysis and rough openings. Ensure complete monitoring and control of signed projects. Participate in trade & home shows. Provide regular reports to sales management.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:



Training in the field of sales, administration, or customer service. Years of experience related to the job: 2 to 5 years of sales experience or any combination of education and relevant experience. Concept of construction (asset) Fluency in French and English. Demonstrate initiative and attention to detail. Computer skills, CRM, estimation tools, Excel, and others Ability to work under pressure. Excellent learning ability. Excellent sense of rigor and professionalism. Must have a vehicle for travel.
Base salary plus commission

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
