Job Description

Kognitive Sales Solutions, in partnership with Canadian Tire, is seeking outgoing and sales-driven individuals to join our team as Gas Station Event Field Sales Representatives. In this role, working in pairs, you'll have the exciting opportunity to engage with consumers directly while representing one of Canada's most trusted and iconic brands.

Compensation:



hourly base wage guarantee + commission

Schedule:



Fixed term contract until October 31 Thursday-Sunday 10am-6pm Must be available minimum 20 hours/week up to 40 hours/week

Responsibilities:



Educate customers about the benefits of our partner Canadian Tire Triangle Mastercard and other financial products at gas station locations within your assigned territory. Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness for our client's products during events. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for attendees. Utilize creative approaches to engage customers and effectively communicate product benefits. Foster and maintain positive relationships with gas station staff to facilitate successful event execution. Handle customer information with the utmost confidentiality.

Comfortable working outdoors throughout shifts. Comfortable travelling to variable locations within your assigned territory. Outgoing and personable with a passion for interacting with people. Previous experience in customer service or sales is an asset. Comfortable delivering key messages and engaging with customers in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Willingness to undergo a criminal background check. Access to a reliable vehicle is considered an asset.

Nous sommes a la recherche de Representant(e)s des Ventes dans la region. En tant que Representant(e) des Ventes, votre role consistera principalement a acquerir des clients pour les produits financiers de nos clients. Vous serez amene(e) a vous deplacer dans differentes stations-service de votre territoire assigne pour promouvoir la Carte Mastercard Triangle de Canadian Tire ainsi que d'autres produits financiers.

Horaire :



Contract a duree determinee jusqu'au 31 octobre Jeudi a dimanche : 10h - 18h Disponibilite minimale de 20 heures/semaine, jusqu'a 40 heures/semaine

Responsabilites :



Informer les clients des caracteristiques et des avantages de la Carte Mastercard Triangle de Canadian Tire et des autres produits financiers dans les stations-service de votre territoire. Se rendre a divers endroits au Quebec avec un sejour a l'hotel selon les besoins de la semaine. Promouvoir les ventes et la notoriete des produits de nos clients lors d'evenements. Offrir un service client exceptionnel pour assurer une experience positive aux clients. Utiliser des approches creatives pour capter l'attention des clients et communiquer efficacement les avantages des produits. Favoriser et maintenir des relations positives avec le personnel des stations-service afin d'assurer le succes des evenements. Traiter les informations des clients avec la plus grande confidentialite.

Remuneration :



Salaire horaire de base garanti + commissions

A l'aise de travailler a l'exterieur tout au long du quart de travail. A l'aise de voyager dans differents endroits et villes de son territoire assigne. Sociable et agreable, avec une passion pour les interactions. Experience prealable en service a la clientele ou en vente (un atout). Excellentes competences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles. Capacite a travailler de maniere autonome et en equipe. Dispose(e) a se soumettre a une verification des antecedents criminels. Acces a un vehicule fiable (un atout).
