En tant que representant associe en orthopedie, vous contribuerez a la promotion et a la vente strategiques des produits Stryker afin de repondre aux besoins de la clientele. Vous effectuerez avec assurance des evaluations et presentations en salle d'operation et en clinique. Vous devrez demontrer de maniere convaincante les merites de nos produits. En assurant le suivi continue des progres realises dans votre territoire, vous communiquez de facon proactive avec vos representants seniors. Vous devrez vous pousser afin d'atteindre et depasser chaque objectif. Lorsque vous etes sur le terrain avec la clientele, vous utiliserez vos connaissances des produits et votre rapidite d'esprit pour resoudre les problemes lies aux produits. Vous informerez les medecins, le personnel infirmier et les autres membres du personnel de l'utilisation appropries de nos produits. Vous etes directement responsable de la promotion et de la vente des produits Stryker. Vous eduquerez et informerez les medecins, les infirmieres et le personnel concerne sur l'utilisation et l'entretien appropries des produits Stryker. Vous dirigerez les evaluations de produits dans les salles d'operation et les bureaux. Vous pourrez aider a la preparation et au deroulement de salons professionnels, de conventions ou de reunions cliniques. Vous tiendrez le gestionnaire regional regulierement informe de l'evolution des activites territoriales. Vous resoudrez les problemes lies aux produits pour la clientele avec diligence. Vous gererez et maintiendrez des stocks d'echantillons de produits. Vous devez comprendre et respecter toutes les lignes directrices relatives a la salle d'operation et a la Loi sur la sante et la securite au travail lorsque vous effectuez une evaluation du produit. Vous disposez de l'autorite necessaire pour assumer les responsabilites professionnelles susmentionnees et celles precises definies dans les documents du systeme de qualite. Vous avez le pouvoir de recommander et de lancer des mesures preventives et correctives en ce qui concerne les non-conformites des produits et les activites du systeme de qualite. Ce qui est requis de votre part :




Requis :



Diplome universitaire ou cinq ans d'experience professionnelle equivalente Bilinguisme francais et anglais

Preferences :



Plus d'un an d'experience dans la vente, de dispositifs medicaux de preference Experience de travail en milieu clinique, experience en salle d'operation privilegiee

What you will do:




As an Associate Sales Representative Extremities, you will assist in strategically promoting and selling Stryker's products to meet our customers' needs. You confidently conduct product evaluations in Operating Room and office settings, persuasively demonstrating the value of our products. Systematically tracking your territory progress, you proactively communicate your wins with your Sales Representatives and push yourself to exceed each goal. When onsite with clients, you use your product knowledge and quick thinking to solve product problems and inform doctors, nurses, and other staff as to the proper use and maintenance of our products. Join our purpose- driven team in selling Stryker products that are making healthcare better.

You are directly responsible for the promotion and sale of Stryker products You will educate and inform doctors, nurses, and appropriate staff personnel as to the proper use and maintenance of Stryker Products You will direct product evaluations in operating rooms and office settings You may assist in the preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and/or clinical meetings You will keep Manager informed of territory progress on a regular basis You will solve product problems for customers in an expeditious fashion You will manage and maintain a sample inventory of products You must understand and adhere to all operating room and pertinent Occupational Health and Safety Act guidelines when conducting a product evaluation You have the necessary authority to execute above mentioned job responsibilities, and will have authority to carry out specific responsibilities defined by quality system documents You have authority to recommend and initiate preventative and correction action with regard to product non-conformances and quality system activities Other duties as assigned by Manager

What you need:




Required:



University Degree 2+ years of sales or clinical experience Bilingual in both English and French

Preferred:



Degree in business with an emphasis in marketing OR a degree in a health-related discipline, science, or kinesiology 2+ years of experience in Medical Device Sales

Additional Information:



Must be able to travel (ground and air) to support territory responsibilities as well as company-related duties and obligations Internal applicants with an equivalent combination of education, experience and performance over time at Stryker will be considered Must have a valid driver's license
