Nous recherchons un(e) representant(e) de comptoir motive(e) et enthousiaste - Garantie et reparations pour rejoindre notre equipe dynamique. A ce poste, vous travaillerez dans notre entrepot afin de fournir un excellent niveau de service et d'assistance aux clients de G2S TOBEQ, tout en soutenant la vision, la mission et le plan strategique de l'entreprise. Vous aiderez les clients a repondre a leurs demandes, traiterez les transactions et veillerez a offrir une experience client positive. Le candidat ideal possedera de solides competences en communication et aura a coeur d'aider les autres.

Responsabilites



Fournir un excellent service a tous les clients au comptoir et au telephone, dans notre entrepot. S'assurer que les informations sont precises et que le service est fourni en temps opportun, conformement aux normes de l'entreprise. Traiter toutes les demandes de garantie et de reparation. Preparer, envoyer et suivre les fournisseurs en ce qui concerne les reparations et les demandes speciales. Resoudre les problemes des clients et traiter les plaintes. Collaborer avec les autres departements de G2S TOBEQ pour s'assurer que les clients recoivent un excellent service a tous les points de contact. Assurer l'amelioration continue du processus global de gestion des commandes et de l'experience du service a la clientele. Effectuer d'autres taches assignees par la direction.

Competences et connaissances requises



Excellentes habiletes de communication. Habiletes demontrees en relations interpersonnelles. Excellentes habiletes de service a la clientele. Habiletes demontrees de resolution de problemes. Competences informatiques et d'entree de donnees logiciels Excel, Outlook, Word. Attention aux details, capacite de planifier et de prioriser les taches. Solide ethique de travail. Excellent dossier de presence. Bilingue- Francais et anglais requis (ecrit et parle) La connaissance des outils de l'industrie automobile est un atout.

Scolarite et experience



Diplome d'etudes secondaires ou de formation generale requis. Experience de travail dans l'industrie ou le service a la clientele est un atout.

Job Overview


We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Counter Representative - Warranty and Repairs to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be working in our warehouse to provide an excellent level of service and support to G2S TOBEQ customers, while supporting the company's vision, mission and strategic plan. You will assist clients with their inquiries, process transactions, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities



Provide excellent service to all customers over the counter and on the phone, in our warehouse. Ensure accurate information and timely service is provided according to Company standards. Handle all warranty and repair inquiries. Prepare, send, and follow up with suppliers regarding repairs and special requests. Solve customer problems and handle complaints. Collaborate with other G2S TOBEQ departments to ensure that customers receive excellent service through all points of contact. Ensure continuous improvement of the overall order management process and customer service experience. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Skills/Knowledge Required



Excellent communication skills. Demonstrated interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service skills. Demonstrated problem-solving skills. Computer and data entry skills in Excel, Outlook, Word. Attention to detail, ability to plan and prioritize tasks. Strong work ethic. Excellent attendance record. Bilingual - French and English required (written and spoken) Knowledge of automotive industry tools is an asset.

Education and Experience



High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience in industry or customer service is an asset.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
