Reporting to the Client Partner, Marketing Lead, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for supporting the marketing team by handling the day-to-day operations and administration of a variety of marketing activities related to campaign and program management, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively.


You\xe2\x80\x99ll be supporting social media activities including scheduling, coordinating, and updating content calendars, prepping approved content for various channels, and managing social media engagement and inbox requests. We will lean in to your technical experience to help prepare various marketing communication pieces, like email blasts and surveys, updating our website, and generating reports for clients and leadership. You will also act as a key point of contact for many of our career fairs and events, coordinating marketing materials and maintaining event schedules.


You, as our ideal candidate, will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to multitask, work under pressure, and be familiar working in cloud-based software programs and various marketing tech products. You also need to be comfortable and confident in building effective working relationships with various clients and stakeholders.

This is a flexible hybrid/work-from-home position, with occasional office days based at the Central City office tower in Surrey, BC, and possible sites within the Fraser Health region.

In accordance with the established vision and values of the organization, the Representative, Marketing will support initiatives to promote the overall employee brand and increase the pipeline of future employees at Fraser Health. The role will work collaboratively under the direction of the Client Partner, Marketing Lead to create, design and develop content and create connections by bringing people together online and in the workplace through various marketing and promotion strategies. Responsibilities:
  • Leads the design of marketing and promotion materials for recruitment and employee experience strategies through various mediums ensuring consistent employee brand (e.g., brochures, advertisements, ad copy writing, and creating content through various writing mediums).
  • Assists in the development of strategies and campaigns to increase engagements and followers on Fraser Health\xe2\x80\x99s social media platforms through collaboration with internal partners and professionals to identify key aspects to develop related marketing campaigns.
  • Supports efforts to increase Fraser Health\xe2\x80\x99s digital presence by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social and digital data/metrics, creating and monitoring benchmarks, insights and leading practices, and recommends innovative solutions as required.
  • Identifies target audiences through engagement with internal and external partners and creates meaningful marketing and promotion content on various mediums to capture and promote the IH brand and leverage the employee voice.
  • Maintains organizational social media pages, updates profiles and coordinates logistics as required.
  • Responds to feedback on social media platforms and resolves complaints, liaises messaging as necessary and makes recommendations to improve the employee and candidate experiences.
  • Assists in planning and executing initiatives to reach target audiences through selected channels (social media, e-mail, TV, print, etc.).
  • Gathers testimonials, images and content to support diverse and inclusive workplaces by promoting positive success stories about employees from underrepresented groups.
  • Supports the employee experience portfolio through marketing and promotions of the following key files; Diversity & Inclusion, Aboriginal HR Plan, Recognition, Surveys, and Awareness Days.
  • Continuously explores marketing opportunities and promotional tools to drive brand awareness while highlighting the importance of the employee experience.
  • Supports efforts to achieve recognition as an employer of choice and industry leader from a provincial and national award agency.
  • Assists in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, engagements etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
  • Supports the Client Partner, Marketing Lead in the creation of related templates, guidelines, strategies, communication plans and annual planning documents.
  • Performs individual tasks related to marketing or other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:
Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields. Minimum 3 years of related work experience. Candidates who demonstrate an equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.

Professional/Technical Capabilities


  • A general knowledge of traditional and digital marketing terminology, concepts and research methods such as SEO/Social media, etc.
  • Data management and reporting skills to support the tracking, reporting, and analysis of budgets and metrics
  • Qualified computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords, etc.)
  • Ability to project management and prioritize workload
  • Demonstrates critical thinking, ability to exercise good judgment, and quickly and efficiently solve problems.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and communicate effectively with internal and external partners.
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently and have a creative mindset
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to perform the duties of the position.
