Customer Service Representative
at our
Reliable Fasteners Division - Etobicoke, Ontario
location.
More specifically, the main responsibilities of the position are to
:
Kindly greeting and answering customer inquiries.
Respond, communicate, and provide timely information by phone or email.
Assist customers by processing orders, product returns and claims, and picking orders as required.
Ensure exceptional service and customer satisfaction while delivering best-in-class experience.
Requirements :
Must be fluent and well-spoken in the English language; French is an asset.
Experience working in a B2b environment in a sales role.
Familiar with order entry processes and procedures (AS400)
Strong organizational and time-management skills, accuracy, and the ability to prioritize workload.
Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confidence, and comfort with both telephone and in-person contacts.
Self-starter and willingness to take initiative.
Independent in carrying out daily tasks.
Intermediate-to-advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of programs (Outlook, Excel, Wood, etc.).
Efficient computer keyboarding skills.
Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments.
Participate in training sessions on new products.
Experience in the fastener industry would be considered an asset.
Experience in wholesale distribution business considered an asset.
Must be eligible to work in Canada.
