  • S\'informer sur les produits et services que nous offrons;
  • D\xc3\xa9velopper et maintenir des relations solides avec des clients nouveaux et existants;
  • Trouver des prospects par le biais de la prospection \xc3\xa0 chaud et \xc3\xa0 froid;
  • Promouvoir et vendre nos produits et services aux clients existants et potentiels;
  • Assurer le suivi des clients et des prospects tout au long du processus de vente;
  • Agir en tant que conseiller de confiance;
  • Suivre toutes les activit\xc3\xa9s de vente et pr\xc3\xa9parer et pr\xc3\xa9senter des rapports aux gestionnaires de comptes.
Comp\xc3\xa8tences essentielles
  • Le bilinguisme en fran\xc3\xa7ais et en anglais (\xc3\xa9crit et parl\xc3\xa9) est indispensable!
  • Minimum 2 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience en vente (face \xc3\xa0 face ou par t\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9phone);
  • Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 identifier et \xc3\xa0 comprendre les besoins et les int\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xaats des clients;
  • Exp\xc3\xa9rience r\xc3\xa9ussie dans l\'atteinte ou le d\xc3\xa9passement des quotas;
  • Excellentes aptitudes \xc3\xa0 la communication (verbale, \xc3\xa9crite et \xc3\xa0 l\'\xc3\xa9coute);
  • Solides comp\xc3\xa9tences en mati\xc3\xa8re de service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le et de n\xc3\xa9gociation;

Responsibilities As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients by acting as a trusted advisor and driving sales that are specific to the clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs. A typical day (non-exhaustive list):
  • Learn about the products and services we offer;
  • Source leads through warm and cold prospecting;
  • Promote and sell our products and services to existing and prospective clients;
  • Upselling and cross-selling;
  • Follow up with clients and prospects throughout the entire sales process;
  • Track all sales activities and prepare and present reports when needed to account managers.
Must haves
  • Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken) is a must!
  • Minimum 2 years of closing sales experience (face-to-face or by phone);
  • Ability to identify and understand clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs and interests;
  • Successful track record of meeting or exceeding quotas;
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and listening);
  • Strong customer service and negotiation skills;
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
  • Knowledge of IT services is an asset!
